This is a simple short term rental property in Minneapolis, MN. The site is designed to showcase the property, but also has a real time calendar with dynamic pricing (changes based on local supply/demand). You can see the availability, pricing and request a booking right there on the site. From there, the host can accept your inquiry and send you back a link to complete and pay for the booking. As this happens, it then updates calendars on multiple booking sites with current availability again. In this case, the backend is controlled by a software package called OwnerRez. The total setup allows the owner of this property to market their rental property across the web and make it into a business
Fireside Deisgn is a landscape design company serving the Twin Cities south metro area. They are also the US distributor for Flare Fires Outdoor Fireplaces. They use this website to showcase their products and services to clients. Having product information and videos on your website can improve your sales process by allowing customers to see different spects of your offerings and better understand why they need your products.
Xanadu offers a unique service – mobile sauna rental. Their website allows them to show off their unit and also takes direct bookings and payment processing. After the booking is made, the site automatically sends out the contract for signing. The client has a professional, streamlined experience. For this site, we are using a plugin called WP Booking System which integrates the live calendar and payment processing. This calendar uses the iCal protocol and can therefore also sync with other calendar systems you may be using.
Noble Luxury Transport is a party bus rental company serving the South and West Metro area of Minneapolis, MN. Besides building a website to showcase their services and equipment, we were able to integrate an inquiry form that ties directly in to their fleet management software. In this case, when a customer makes an inquiry, it is an easy transition to move that inquiry to a booking. This creates a streamlined process.
